Below are the bulk submission templates for brokerages, teams, and agents. Download the templates simply by clicking the buttons below. After you’ve completed your spreadsheet, drop it in the submission portal below!
Highlighted fields are required – the rest are optional. The email address listed for each entry will have the opportunity to add optional (non-highlighted information). Optional information will be used for additional rankings programs as well as RealTrends Profiles. Agents/Teams will only have a profile created if a license number or NMLSID is provided.

2024 Qualification Thresholds
Thresholds for teams and agents to qualify for the 2024 RealTrends Verified Rankings will remain the same as the 2023 thresholds. We have added a brokerage volume threshold, allowing brokerage with 500+ residential transaction sides and/or $350 million in residential sales volume to qualify for the 2024 rankings.
All qualification thresholds are “and/or”, meaning someone may qualify by meeting the volume threshold and/or meeting the transaction threshold. A qualifier is not required to meet both thresholds.

If your brokerages, teams, or agents submit for themselves through the portal they can navigate to our brokerage and agents/teams pages. They can submit themselves utilizing your brand code to receive their submission discount.

Refund policy: By submitting an eligible application for the RealTrends The Thousand and America’s Best Real Estate Professionals rankings program you agree to submit verification documentation to support your stated residential real estate production numbers. RealTrends reserves the right to modify your stated production in the even that your stated production does not match submitted verification information. RealTrends will contact you should your residential real estate production information change during our review process, and allow you the opportunity to respond to any changes (including requesting removal from the rankings with a refund). Refund requests will be accepted and honored before the rankings results are published. RealTrends will not accept refund requests on submissions after ranking results have been published. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, and funds returned no later than 15 business days after your eligible refund request is placed.
