Diyanna Ahuja leaves Compass to join Rogers Healy and Associates

Ahuja will join RHA as the company’s director of operations

Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate (RHA), a Texas-based, independently owned real estate brokerage, has appointed Diyanna Ahuja as its first director of operations.

“We’re in year 17 at RHA, and we’re just getting started,” Rogers Healy, owner and CEO of RHA, said. “I’m honored to pass the torch of running operations to someone that’s going to give us all the ability to elevate.”

Prior to joining RHA, Ahuja the head of operations and operations manager at Compass. Her professional career has spanned two decades in the luxury retail and real estate technology industries.

In her new role, Ahuja will be responsible for leading a team of more than 500 agents, according to Healy. She will also support daily operations, including mentorship and training of agent support departments at RHA.

“It’s inspiring to see the community and camaraderie at RHA,” Ahuja said. “It’s an honor to be a part of it and to get to work alongside Rogers. His enthusiasm for what we can bring to the table is incredible.”

Ahuja currently holds a real estate license in Texas.

In 2022, RHA was featured in the RealTrends 500 by volume category. The company, founded in 2006, had a projected $1 billion in revenue for 2022.
