By the end of the year, inventory had increased to 10,154 homes on the market (+18%), with a median home price of $319,900 (+1%) and an average price per square foot of $190 (+6%).

At the start of 2023, the median days on market (DOM) was 84 days – by the end of the year, median DOM had remained the same at 84 days.
