By the end of the year, inventory had increased to 16,172 homes on the market (+10%), with a median home price of $549,900 (+4%) and an average price per square foot of $349 (+0%).

At the start of 2022, the median days on market (DOM) was 70 days – by the end of the year, median DOM had increased to 84 days.
