Minneapolis, Minnesota started 2022 with a total of 462 single-family homes on the market, with a median home price of $315,000 and an average price per square foot of $208. By the end of the year, inventory had increased to 562 homes on the market (+21%), with a median home price of $339,250 (+7%) and an average price per square foot of $215 (+3%).
