2022 Market Summary
Columbus, Ohio started 2022 with a total of 362 single-family homes on the market, with a median home price of $199,900 and an average price per square foot of $174. By the end of the year, inventory had increased to 677 homes on the market (+87%), with a median home price of $245,000 (+22%) and an average price per square foot of $200 (+14%).
At the start of 2022, the median days on market (DOM) was 49 days – by the end of the year, median DOM had remained the same at 49 days.
