Zillow will also be partnering with RE/MAX Executive, Century 21 Vanguard, Stephen Cooley Real Estate Group – Keller Williams and IDEAL Realty when Zillow Offers launches in Charlotte this year.

Zillow today announced that The Redbud Group at Keller Williams SouthPark, a Charlotte, N.C. based brokerage, will represent Zillow in all of its transactions when Zillow Offers launches in Charlotte by the end of the year.

The Redbud Group will be Zillow’s agent when buying each home and will also represent Zillow when each home is listed for sale on the open market.

Zillow announced in October that it is bringing Zillow Offers to Charlotte. Zillow Offers is a service for consumers to remove the hassle and uncertainty of selling a house. Zillow directly buys a seller’s house, prepares it for a showing, and quickly lists it for sale – so they don’t have to. Home sellers in Charlotte will soon be able to use Zillow Offers to request a no-obligation cash offer from Zillow to buy their home.

Zillow Offers is currently available in Phoenix, Las Vegas, Denver and Atlanta, and will be launching in Charlotte this year, and in Raleigh and Houston this winter.

Zillow works with local agents and brokers in every market where Zillow Offers is available. Zillow pays a commission to local real estate agents when it buys and sells each home. The program also gives brokerages and Premier Agents the opportunity to acquire new listings by connecting them with motivated sellers who have taken a direct action to sell their home.

Consumers who request a Zillow Offer, but instead decide to sell their home traditionally with an agent or do not receive a Zillow Offer, will be connected to a local brokerage or Premier Agent. In Charlotte, Zillow will be partnering with Premier Team at RE/MAX Executive, Century 21 Vanguard, Stephen Cooley Real Estate Group – Keller Williams and IDEAL Realty.
