RE/MAX to Launch Real Estate Marketing Automation for Agents

Yesterday at its annual R4 Convention, RE/MAX, LLC, along with its U.S. independent regions, announced the addition of an exceptional new service for RE/MAX agents: Design Center Automation, powered by Imprev, Inc. Design Center Automation is an easy, powerful way for agents to leverage every marketing opportunity throughout the life of their listings, helping them drive more organic leads and earn more referral business.

"As a follow-up to our brand refresh in August, Design Center Automation ensures that we can reinforce the new brand across every print, digital and social media customer impression," says Pete Crowe, Executive Vice President Business and Product Strategy at RE/MAX. "By delivering the right branded content at the right time to agents, Design Center Automation empowers our agents to actively promote their listings at every opportunity, continually leveraging the power of the RE/MAX brand. Design Center Automation automatically delivers a series of fully-branded marketing packages to agents each time they take a new listing. Current content is created around four key listing events: Just Listed, Open House, Price Reduced, and Just Sold. RE/MAX is offering their agents a wide range of marketing pieces inside the automated package to help them easily promote each listing across all channels. For example, the Just Listed package includes a single-property website, YouTube video, virtual tour, social media post, ePostcard, brochure, flyer, and postcard. Agents can distribute the materials as-is or modify them inside the Design Center. In addition, automated marketing packages for RE/MAX luxury listings will be created using designs uniquely branded for The RE/MAX Collection.

Automation also monitors existing listings and updates previously created marketing materials when there's a change to the listing. Agents can be confident that their print, digital, and social media marketing materials will show the most current and accurate listing data, helping them maintain compliance with real estate advertising rules and regulations.

Dan Troup, Regional Director at RE/MAX of Michigan, has independently provided the Imprev automation service to his agents for three years.
