RE/MAX Metro | Eastside welcomes new co-brokers and owners

Lyndal Balliet and Bonnie Beddall will lead RE/MAX Metro Realty, Inc. and RE/MAX Eastside Brokers, Inc. in Seattle and Bellevue, respectively

Locally owned and operated RE/MAX offices in Washington state have welcomed new co-brokers and owners. Lyndal Balliet and Bonnie Beddall will lead Seattle-based RE/MAX Metro Realty, Inc. and Bellevue-based RE/MAX Eastside Brokers, Inc., collectively called RE/MAX Metro | Eastside.

“We have a wonderful culture of professionalism, learning, and collaboration to carry with us into the future that will continue to attract the  brightest minds in real estate today,” Beddall said.

The brokerages were formerly owned and operated by Graham Young and David Milot and serve Seattle, Bellevue and the Puget Sound area, the San Juan Islands and Eastern Washington.

“The path toward ownership after the tragic and sudden loss of David Milot led us to appreciate even more all  of our colleagues and friends we have made at RE/MAX Metro | Eastside over the years,” Beddall said in a prepared statement.

Balliet’s professional career in the real estate industry spans 26 years and has included roles as the operations director of RE/MAX Metro | Eastside, director of marketing and office manager at RE/MAX Eastside Brokers, Inc., and luxury marketing manager at Coldwell Banker Bain.

Beddall, a former airline pilot, joined RE/MAX Metro in 2002. She specializes in luxury homes, condos, multifamily and investment properties, seller representation, first time homebuyers, and short sales and foreclosures. She has served in a variety of roles at RE/MAX Metro | Eastside since 2002, including a Realtor, managing broker, and designated broker.

RE/MAX Metro | Eastside was founded in 1987 and specializes in residential and luxury properties, condos, new construction, and commercial real estate. In 2022, RE/MAX Eastside Brokers ranked no. 401 in RealTrends’ top real estate brokerages by volume, with $8 million sales volume per agent and a total 2021 sales volume of more than $1.97 billion.
