Ken Pozek Group joins the Keller Williams network

The team will join KW with 21 real estate agents and six staff members, and four marketing members

Real estate franchise Keller Williams announced on Tuesday that Orlando-based Ken Pozek Group has joined its network.

The Ken Pozek Group sold more $322 million in real estate sales volume over the last two years. That includes 386 units in 2022, which totaled $197 million in sales volume, and 285 units, or $125.7 million in sales volume, in 2021.

“It’s the community, it’s the culture and it’s who I am,” Ken Pozak said about the franchise.

Pozek said in a prepared statement that Ken Pozek Group has focused on marketing “since the downturn in housing.”

This includes a focus on online marketing, which Pozak leverages to produce videos on “emerging cities” in the Orlando area.

“In 2018, we switched our marketing to YouTube,” Pozek said. “In the past five years, we’ve got millions of views and we get hundreds of leads every single month from YouTube. Once we figured that out, we asked how else we could go deeper into people’s lives to make sure we’re there in between the times they buy and sell.”

Keller Williams said in a prepared statement that the franchise is looking into training opportunities with Pozek to “leverage his best practices to lead generate on social media.”

Pozek’s professional real estate career began in 2003 as a real estate investor and appraiser at Ken Pozek LLC in Detroit, after which he joined KW.

Following an 11-year stint at Ken Pozek LLC, Pozek founded The Orlando Real in 2021 and moved to The Real Brokerage as a real estate agent in July 2022.

Austin, Texas-based franchise Keller Williams currently has more than 1,100 offices and 200,000 associates. The firm brings to Keller Williams a team of 21 real estate agents, six staff members, and four members in the marketing department.
