Beyond the valuation, price and deal terms, what are the strategies that make firms successful in growth through acquisitions? What are the important parts of putting a deal together that aren’t financially focused? We want to offer real-world examples of successful acquisitions from negotiation to closing.
That’s why RealTrends invited Mark Johnson, CEO of JPAR Real Estate, to the RealTrends DealMakers conference on June 26 to discuss how JPAR’s experience after being acquired by Cairn Real Estate Holdings. The Gathering of Eagles starts immediately after from June 27-29.
Mark’s view of leadership is that it’s easy to be a critic or a cheerleader; and much harder to be a coach. Mark serves as the Chief Executive Officer of JPAR Real Estate, Texas, a rapidly growing full-service transaction-based real estate brokerage focused on integrity, productivity, and service. He has invested decades in understanding the inner workings of high-performing real estate companies, managers, teams, and leaders in major markets across the world. He brings this extensive expertise to life through his weekly YouTube series, “Success Superstars,” which highlights the blueprint for real estate success.
Mark has served as a business coach for one of the nation’s leading coaching organizations; has held progressive leadership capacities for one of the largest US-based real estate firms; and has worked in sales and customer marketing leadership capacities for a major consumer goods company. In addition, Mark served our nation as an officer in the US Army.
He is a father of three, a lifelong learner, a Spartan racer, and an adventure athlete. He earned his MBA from California State University and a Behavioral Change Certification from the National Association of Sports Medicine. Mark calls Frisco, Texas, his current home base where he and his wife Beverly enjoy travel, adventure, anything outdoors, friends and family.
At the conference, Mark will talk about his lessons learned through recent acquisitions and mergers.
