Corcoran Reverie welcomes top producer Cindy Cole

Cole and her team closed $135.98 million in sales volume in 2021

Top-producing agent and team leader Cindy Cole is joining Corcoran Group franchise affiliate Corcoran Reverie, according to an announcement on Thursday.

Based in Destin, Florida, Cole and her team (Cindy Cole Fine Homes) ranked at No. 38 in Florida in the 2022 RealTrends America’s Best rankings after recording $135.98 million in sales volume in 2021.

In addition, Cole was the top ranked Keller Williams agent in the five Gulf States, according to the release.

“When I started to study the Corcoran brand nationally, I knew that Hillary and Jacob had something I wanted to be involved in. Hillary’s energy is contagious and her customer commitment, unwavering. Jacob is a solid visionary and financial leader. With my career focus on marketing, I believe our collaboration to be unmatched in our local market,” Cole said. “My time at Keller Williams has been successful and I’m grateful for the freedom and opportunity to build my own autonomous brand within that organization.”

According to Corcoran Reverie, Cole’s focus at her new firm will continue to be assisting clients in buying and selling real estate, while taking this opportunity to establish a full-service Corcoran Reverie office in Destin/Miramar Beach.

“By partnering with Cindy and her connectivity in that market, this will allow the company to rapidly expand and thrive within the Destin market,” Hilary Farum-Fasth, the broker-owner of Corcoran Reverie, said in a statement. “This opportunity will also allow us to bring on new like-minded agents to join us and showcase the unique culture that makes Corcoran Reverie such an incredible brokerage to work at.”

Prior to starting her career in real estate, Cole was a top-producing sales executive in the outdoor advertising industry.

Led by Farum-Fasth and Jacob Watkins, Corcoran Reverie has over 220 agents spread across the greater Nashville area and Northwest Florida, from Destin to Panama City and the coastal communities along 30A. In 2022, the firm ranked at No. 475 in the RealTrends 500 after closing $903.98 million in sales volume in 2021.
