Tracey Velt: Teams are usually pretty good at generating and converting leads. What tactics and lead sources do you find the most useful?

Anthony Marguleas: We’ve found it’s all about accountability. They say the best CRM is the one you use. And the best coach is the one you listen to. So it’s really just taking action. We have a virtual assistant, and she follows up with each one of our agent’s leads. We have a whole tracking system through our CRM. We have a weekly call night every Wednesday night with our team for two hours. We do twice-a-week roleplays to understand objection handling, like “Why should I buy in this market? Interest rates are high.” How do you answer that properly? So it’s just really about getting back to the basics and really training.
