Home prices surge in every segment of market 

Home prices haven’t leveled off yet, despite reports of more inventory. According to a home price appreciation report from Redfin, the second quarter brought good news for homeowners in all price points. But, luxury home prices saw the biggest surge, followed by affordable homes at 18.7%.
