Zenlist offers off-market listings, chat function, data access 

Pocket listings are a hot commodity, especially with for-sale inventory levels at historic lows. But they’re controversial and finding a buyer for a listing that’s not advertised on a multiple listing service (MLS) can be tough. Zenlist’s online platform combines off-market listings with active ones, and adds a “community chat platform.”
