Atlanta’s Path & Post Brokerage Now Offers iBuyer Services

“If you can’t beat ’em, join ’em,” might be the philosophy behind a growing number of traditional brokerages now offering iBuyer services. Recently, an independent brokerage, Atlanta-based Path & Post Real Estate, joined the fray. In May, it announced a new division of its firm called Path & Post Offers, offering its services to sellers who want a quick sale with no showings.

“Our program is innovative because it combines the best of the national iBuyer options, like Zillow Offers, Opendoor, and Offerpad, along with a Path & Post local offer and a market approach for an easy side-by-side comparison of the costs and bottom line net to the seller,” said CEO and co-owner/broker Becky Babcock.

The seller will receive a simple one-page report comparing offers as well as a full market analysis showing the seller the option of listing and marketing to a wider audience.

Babcock said sellers can use Path & Post as “a trusted advisor to navigate national instant offers, analyzing the fine print to protect the seller’s best interests, while also giving sellers a local instant offer.”

Path & Post Real Estate serves the north metro Atlanta area and ranks among the top teams in the U.S., named One of America’s Best by REAL Trends.
