The Keyes Company promotes Christina Pappas to president

In this role, Pappas will continue to work with her father and CEO of the company, Mike Pappas, and will focus on day-to-day operations

Florida-based independent real estate brokerage The Keyes Company & Illustrated Properties has promoted Christina Pappas, the former vice president of the firm, to president. Pappas served as the VP for nearly two years prior to the promotion.

In her new role, Pappas will continue to work with her father, Mike Pappas, who is the CEO of the company, and will focus on day-to-day operations.

A 2022 RealTrends Emerging Leader, Pappas oversaw the firm’s family of companies and liaised between government officials, Florida Realtors and Keyes to “designate real estate as an essential business” during the COVID-19 pandemic.

She also serves as the president of Florida Realtors, the youngest person to hold this title in the history of the organization.

Pappas’ career at Keyes began in 2011 when she joined the company as a real estate sales associate in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. She went on to become a district sales manager in Brickell, serving in the role for a little more than three years.

Prior to joining Keyes, Pappas served as a sales manager at the Morgans Hotel Group in Los Angeles and as sales manager at The Kor Group.

Earlier this month, Mizner Grande Realty joined Keyes with more than 60 agents. Last December, Keyes partnered with pre-sale home renovation solutions provider Revive Real Estate to help “homeowners maximize their home equity through presale renovations.”

In November 2022, it partnered with Lone Wolf Technologies, a real estate software company, to offer Lone Wolf’s back office, transactions and broker metrics solutions to more than 3,600 Realtors at Keyes.
