Real estate agents, brokers and multiple listing services are now able to access services from ShowingTime, dotloop, and Bridge Interactive, as well as 3D home tour and interactive floor plans through ShowingTime+, a platform launched by ShowingTime on Monday.
ShowingTime said the unified brand will integrate all of the company’s technology offerings in one place.
“‘Plus,’ very simply, means ‘more,'” Jun Choo, the senior vice president of ShowingTime+, said in a statement. “The extended ShowingTime+ brand reflects the breadth of our offerings and the opportunity we have to continue building tools that help agents succeed.”
According to a 2021 report from T3 Sixty, the average agent uses more than 12 unique software products tp assist with the entire home buying transaction, from initial browsing to closing the deal. By integrating all of the services into one place, the company hopes to increase agent productivity.
