SERHANT. Ventures, the educational wing of SERHANT., which manages the Sell It Like Serhant educational ecosystem, announced Wednesday it is partnering with online real estate regulatory education provider, The CE Shop to launch the “Sell It Like Serhant Pre-Licensing Sales Accelerator.”
This is the first course offering developed on the recommendation of the SERHANT. Ventures Advisory Board, which was formed earlier this year. The board includes many prominent real estate figures, including Aaron Kirman, president of International Luxury Estates at Compass, Bob Lucindo, president and CEO of Lucido Global, Nancy Almodovar, the president and chief executive officer of NAN & Company Properties, Sharelle Rosado, the founder and CEO of Allure Realty and star of Netflix’s Selling Tampa, Tim Hur, the managing broker of Point Honors and Associates, Realtors and 2022 national president of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), as well as Million Dollar Listing New York’s Ryan Serhant himself.

Sell It Like Serhant Pre-Licensing Sales Accelerator will offer The CE Shop’s pre-licensing program in 38 states, bundled with the Sell It Like Serhant “Real Estate Core” course. The pre-licensing course will include access to a dedicated Sell It Like Serhant digital community for all pre-licensing students to network and ask questions of real estate experts. There also will be monthly Q&A sessions with Ryan Serhant, guidebooks, form and marketing templates and a bi-weekly virtual workshop with industry experts.
The Sell It Like Serhant education program and network was founded in 2019. Today the brokerage says it has nearly 12,000 agents in 110 counties. Course offerings include “Real Estate Core,” “Social Ads,” “How to Sell in a Low Inventory Market,” “How to Build Your Personal Brand” and the recently launched, “The Ultimate Website Course for Real Estate Agents.”
