Rick Davidson to speak at Gathering of Eagles 2023

It takes a strong team to reach the summit

Rick Davidson is the CEO of Cairn Real Estate Holdings LLC. He will be speaking at DealMakers on June 18, 2023.

The session, “What’s Changed? The World of M&A Today” will feature Davidson alongside other industry leaders like RealTrends consultants Steve Murray and Scott Wright. These leaders will discuss recent changes in business valuation, deal structures, the current market and approaches for brokerage adaptation.

Attendees will get an inside look into the world of mergers and acquisitions. This session features advice from experts, like Davidson, who have seen it all. Davidson has also led teams that spanned multiple organizational cultures. For example, he served as global CEO of Century 21 Real Estate and chief operating officer at Coldwell Banker Commercial. While his business expertise guided many of his decisions leading these companies, his experience in alpine mountaineering is what Davidson ultimately credits for his team leadership skills.

“The team is everything when it matters most. Every team member understands the commitment and their contribution in getting to the summit. One wins, and all win!” said Davidson.

Whether it is reaching the top of a literal mountain summit or simply the summit of a business transaction, Davidson has all the tools he needs to see the tough climb through to the end.

Davidson believes that doing good and doing “what’s right,” are two of the most important values to live by. And, he walks the walk by serving as Easterseals national chairman and board member. The charitable organization raises more than $2 billion every year.
