Merger Creates Second-largest RE/MAX Brokerage in New England

RE/MAX Brokerage

RE/MAX Executive Realty and RE/MAX Best Choice announced the merger of two brokerages to create an even larger footprint in the Eastern Massachusetts market. RE/MAX Best Choice owner, Annette Norton, will bring her team of more than 30 agents to the RE/MAX Executive Realty family in order to provide enhanced tools and resources, management support, and training. Norton will continue to serve as an agent for the brokerage, while Chris Arienti will join current co-owners, Bill Wright and Chuck Joseph, as a part of RE/MAX Executive Realty’s leadership and ownership team.

“This is a tremendous opportunity to expand our market appeal and impact in the MetroWest region,” said Bill Wright and Chuck Joseph, co-owners of RE/MAX Executive Realty. “We have always held RE/MAX Best Choice and their agents in the highest regard and look forward to working directly with them to achieve even greater success in the region. The addition of Chris Arienti to our leadership team will provide the top-notch support agents desire to grow their business and local credibility.”

RE/MAX Executive Realty will now have nine offices, more than 140 agents, 1,800 transactions and $745M in sales volume to form the second largest RE/MAX brokerage by volume in New England.

“My excitement for this union runs deeps, and I’ve personally been thrilled with how smooth and seamless the transaction had been,” said Norton. “On behalf of my entire agent team, we couldn’t be more pleased to join the RE/MAX Executive Realty team. I look forward to working with Bill, Chuck and Chris to bring continued growth to this region.”

Arienti brings more than a decade of residential real estate leadership to RE/MAX Executive Realty. With years of experience in the greater Boston area as a team leader at Keller Williams Realty and running his own real estate team, The Arienti Group, he brings his passion for both mentoring agents and working with first-time homebuyers to achieve homeownership. He will work with Wright and Joseph to lead the professional development of all RE/MAX Executive Realty agents, setting each up for success now, and in the future.

“With so many opportunities to continue our leadership and credibility throughout this region—especially when it comes to serving the unique needs of buyers and sellers in the MetroWest marketplace,” said Arienti. “The union between RE/MAX Executive Realty and RE/MAX Best Choice will allow us to better arm all agents with the tools, training and management support needed to up-level their business.”
