Luxury Presence launches new tools for agents

The tools aim to help real estate agents scale their businesses

Real estate marketing company Luxury Presence launched a new suite of lead-generation tools this week aimed at helping real estate agents, teams and brokerages scale the online presence of their businesses.

“We’ve been working on these tools for months, in anticipation of a market shift, to give our agents access to the best solutions for driving business growth in the current market environment,” said Malte Kramer, CEO and founder of Luxury Presence.

Among the new tools is On-Demand Ads, which is designed to help clients generate leads.

Another tool in the suite is the Our Neighborhood Data interactive tool which gives potential clients real-time details about neighborhoods like the population, demographic and schools of a given area.

Luxury Presence recently has several of their websites selected in several categories of the 2022 RealTrends Website rankings.

In October last year, they launched Global Collective, a referral network for their top-producing agents and teams, comprising those members whose career sales average $1B.

The company, founded in 2016, operates through a SaaS model in the U.S. and Canada and serves more than 6,000 clients today, according to the release.

In January 2022,  the Los Angeles-based marketing company acquired WorkClout. In 2021, the company raised $25.9 million in a Series B round, led by Bessemer Venture Partners.
