Laurie Finkelstein Reader Real Estate rejoins Keller Williams

The Laurie Finkelstein Reader Real Estate team’s sales volume totals more than $1.5 billion

Top South Florida Realtor Laurie Reader and her Plantation-based team, Laurie Finkelstein Reader Real Estate, have realigned with real estate franchise Keller Williams, the company announced on Sunday at its “Family Reunion” event. The team first joined Keller Williams in early 2011 before making the move to operate independently in July 2018.

Reader, founder and CEO of the firm, will bring to Keller Williams 104 real estate agents and 20 staff members.

“The values and culture of Keller Williams reflect who we are,” Reader said in a statement. “We’re excited to leverage the brand’s powerful referral network, and models and systems to expand further and faster across the U.S.”

The independent real estate firm has sold more than 4,000 homes in total, with more than $1.5 billion in sales volume.

The team sold 890 units in 2022 alone, totaling more than $417 million in sales volume. The firm sold 2,288 units in 2021, equating to more than $900 million in sales volume.

Last year, Laurie Finkelstein Reader Real Estate ranked third by sales volume in Florida in the RealTrends + Tom Ferry 2022 America’s Best rankings among mega teams (21+ agents).

The team also ranked 19th by sales volume and 17th by transaction sides in the mega team category for the 2022 RealTrends + Tom Ferry The Thousand rankings.

Reader grew up in South Florida and hails from a family that works in the real estate industry. Her professional career has spanned more than 25 years, with a focus on enhancing the consumer and agent experience. She is also a business coach.

Most of her new business is generated by referrals from past clients, the Laurie Finkelstein Reader Real Estate website states.
