Howard Hanna CMO makes the move to Premier Sotheby’s

Kathy Forrester appointed CMO at Premier Sotheby’s International Realty

Kathy Forrester, the former chief marketing officer at Howard Hanna, is moving to Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.

The brokerage tapped Forrester to lead marketing operations and shape brand identity, according to an announcement on Tuesday.

Forrester has served in leadership roles at several different brokerages, including a seven-year stint at Randall Family Companies. She has also led marketing teams for Walt Disney World, Christie’s and Talbots.

“She has the marketing credentials, breadth of real estate knowledge and passion needed for this key leadership role,” Budge Huskey, the chief executive officer of Premier Sotheby’s, said in a statement.

Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has 40 office locations from Florida to North Carolina. In 2021, the brokerage closed 10,608 transaction sides, for a total sales volume of $10.174 billion, good enough for the No. 18 spot on the RealTrends 500 brokerage rankings by sales volume.
