These brokerage firms and leaders are changing the game in real estate.
Every year, RealTrends chooses GameChangers based on five-year, transaction side percentage data from the RealTrends 500. This year, we chose seven independent brokerage firms and 10 franchises who grew their businesses at astronomical rates.
This year, we categorized them by independent and franchise brokerages. Flat-fee brokerage made up a healthy number of the firms in the independent category.
Three firms have received the GameChanger award for the second year in a row — eXp Realty, Compass and Lamacchia Realty, all in the independent category.
In the franchise category, RE/MAX Precision in Ankeny, Iowa and Keller Williams Realty, in Portland, Maine showed 400%+ growth over the past five years.
