Five more MLSs join CubiCasa’s MLS Partner Program

The digital floor plan firm now has nine MLSs enrolled in its program

Finnish proptech firm CubiCasa is expanding its multiple listing service partnership program. On Tuesday, the firm announced that Montana Regional MLS, Valley MLS, South Tahoe Association of Realtors (STAOR), West Arizona MLS (WARDEX), and Omni MLS had joined the program.

“We’re confident that CubiCasa’s user-friendly technology and quick turnaround will help our agents quickly and easily add floor plans to their listings,” Justin Ponton, the CEO of Montana Regional MLS, said in a statement.

Since launching in December 2022, the program has attracted nine MLS organizations based in Alabama, Arizona, California, Georgia, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Utah, Vermont, and Latin America.

Other new partners include PrimeMLS, an MLS serving more than 11,000 members throughout the Northeast, and UtahRealEstate.com, which serves approximately 20,000 real estate professionals throughout Utah.

“We’re thrilled with the number of MLS organizations that have joined our program to provide their agents with the tools needed to succeed in today’s evolving real estate environment,” Jeff Allen, the president of CubiCasa, said in a statement. “As we continue to bolster our program offering, we welcome MLSs that are looking to provide their members with an easy-to-use, free floor plan tool that will help them better serve their customers.”

The program enables members to secure free floor plans based their scans, a discounted rate on optional add-on features, and access to an active directory of real estate photographers currently using CubiCasa.

The digital floor plan firm was acquired in September of 2021 by Clear Capital.
