eXp Realty and Compass are tops again in five-year movers
Fast-growing virtual brokerage eXp Realty takes the top spot in five year movers by transaction sides with a whopping +323,680 sides between 2018 to 2022 in the 2023 RealTrends 500 brokerage rankings.
No. 1 in sales volume, Compass, took the No. 2 spot in five year movers by sides with an increase of 174,721 sides between 2018 to 2022.
Rounding out the top five are Fathom Holdings, private independent Hanna Holdings and @properties.
With inventory up by 2% this week and last week, it shows that homebuyers are reacting to the highest mortgage rates in over two decades.
