eXp Realty launches new referral division Revenos

eXp aims to consolidate its referral business into a single connected offering through Revenos

Real estate brokerage eXp Realty and its core subsidiary eXp World Holdings, Inc. on Wednesday announced launching a new division called Revenos to provide direct buyer and seller referrals to eXp real estate agents.

The Revenos division includes certification training programs eXp Relocation, eXp REO (Real Estate Owned), eXp Affinity, ExpressOffers, Making It Rain, among other new courses. A statement from eXp explains that Revenos lets agents access a network for revenue generation in their business.

Dawn Conciatori, vice president of referral generation at the company who has 20 years experience in real estate referral business, will lead Revenos’ daily operations.

“Revenos puts more premium referral opportunities into the hands of our agents who are best suited to provide unique solutions to meet and exceed our client expectations,” she said in the release.

The cloud-based brokerage, which recently announced exceeding 85,000 worldwide, now aims to consolidate eXp Realty’s referral business into a single connected offering, which provides agents “streamlined” referrals, according to its release. These referrals would otherwise be inaccessible to them, it said.

Leo Pareja, president of eXp Affiliated Services, said Revenos is one of the “integral” components of eXp’s programs that cater to agents.

The teams which joined eXp this year include agents from the Lawson Team, Ige Johnson Group,  Incorvaia Team, Davis & Main Real Estate and Don Wenner Team, among others.

The brokerage continues to expand globally, most recently in Poland, its 24th global market. Today, the company has agents in the U.S., Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, South Africa, India, Mexico, Portugal, France, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Italy, Hong Kong, Colombia, Spain, Israel, Panama, Germany, Dominican Republic, Greece, New Zealand and Chile.
