$100 million Houston real estate team joins Keller Williams

The Garcia Real Estate Group is leaving Compass for KW

The Houston-based Garcia Real Estate Group is joining Keller Williams after leaving Compass, according to an announcement on Thursday.

The team was founded by Haley Garcia in 2015 after she sold her boutique independent brokerage firm. Garcia specializes in luxury listings, but she and her team work with buyers and sellers of all budgets.

“As a leader in luxury real estate, the partnerships Keller Williams offers with the Wall Street Journal, Mansion Global, and many others increase exposure for my clients,” Garcia said in a statement. “As a large real estate team, they also provide structure and technology built for large city-wide teams that other firms do not. They give us the infrastructure to grow into multiple markets which adds great value for our clients.”

A long-time business coach, Garcia also announced that she is partnering with KW MAPS Coaching.

In 2022, the Garcia Real Estate Group was the No. 12 large-sized team based on sales volume in Texas, according to the 2022 RealTrends America’s Best rankings, after the group recorded $128.844 million in sales volume in 2021. The team was also ranked at No. 28 among large teams in Texas by transaction side count after recording 197 transaction sides in 2021.
