Empowering others to tap into the opportunity of creating wealth through real estate is the mission of Thuy Nguyen, founder of the Building Dreams Team and PLACE partner. As a young girl living in poverty in Vietnam, Nguyen dreamed of owning real estate and being able to give back to her parents. Today, Nguyen has built a world-class real estate team that collectively speaks seven languages, and last year 80 percent of their clients were new to the country. Nguyen started in real estate speaking Mandarin and Vietnamese, knowing very little English. Through sheer determination and will power, she has built a phenomenal and diverse team that serves clients from a variety of backgrounds. Nguyen’s goal as a leader is to empower her team through education and motivation so they can empower others. Since the team started in 2016, Building Dreams has been able to serve over 500 families.
