After working as a realtor since 2017, Guillean Arradaza found a growth opportunity in co-founding Kinetic Real Estate. In the past few years, she’s helped the company grow from 10 agents to 50, and now going on 100 agents. She’s passionate about serving her community through increasing homeownership, coaching new agents to do the same, and empowering women to be fearless in their careers. Arradaza has contributed more than 50 transactions and brought about $40M in sales volume to the team. She’s helped clients sell their properties for top dollar, and has made their transactions as smooth as possible. Outside of her immediate duties, Arradaza has hosted workshops and webinars that equip first-time homebuyers with the knowledge they need in choosing the right home for their families.
