UpNest, a fast-growing real estate agent marketplace, announced it was ranked number 85 on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500™, and number 21 in the Bay Area. Technology Fast 500™ is a ranking of the 500 fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and energy tech companies in North America.

Overall, 2018 Technology Fast 500™ companies achieved revenue growth ranging from 143 percent to 77,260 percent from 2014 to 2017, with median growth of 354 percent. UpNest, in particular, grew 1,533% percent in revenue during this period, facilitating over $2 billion a year in home transactions.

This recognition comes on the heels of several other recent awards, including being ranked in the 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies in 2018 by Inc. Magazine.

“It is rewarding to see consumers save money and agents gain new business every day on our platform,” said UpNest’s Founder and CEO, Simon Ru. “Having our growth recognized by Deloitte validates our mission to add efficiency and price transparency to the real estate agent hiring process. We are pleased to have built a product that delivers a great consumer experience and garners great reviews from both consumers and agents.”

“This recognition is well-deserved,” said Richard Schulman, the top Keller William agent in Los Angeles. “UpNest, hands down, has the best platform to deliver high-quality, well-vetted, highly-motivated clients with no up-front cost. It saved me tons of time. I get an appointment with almost every client they send to me!”

UpNest partners with over 14,000 highly-qualified real estate agents across the country. Many of its partner agents are ranked on REAL Trends Top 1000 list, and some are featured on TV shows such as “Million Dollar Listing” and “House Hunters.”

“Congratulations to the Deloitte 2018 Technology Fast 500 winners on this impressive achievement,” said Sandra Shirai, vice chairman, Deloitte LLP, and U.S. technology, media and telecommunications leader. “These companies are innovators who have converted their disruptive ideas into products, services and experiences that can captivate new customers and drive remarkable growth.”
