Rucker Real Estate Inc. joins Century 21

Rucker Real Estate, an African American, female-owned firm is joining Century 21.

Arica Rucker, broker-owner of independent Rucker Real Estate Inc., has chosen to affiliate with Century 21 Real Estate LLC. Rucker, and her team of eight sales advisors, serve markets throughout North and South Carolina. The company will be the first African American, female-owned C21 company in Charlotte, and is part of C21’s Inclusive Ownership Program, according to a press release by C21.

A real estate brokerage owner since 2010, Rucker and her team are active in both the industry and within her community. Rucker is also an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Specialist, a Senior Real Estate Specialist, Workforce Housing Specialist and a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist.

“We look forward to working with the brand to elevate the home buying and selling experience and to becoming the first choice for real estate consumers throughout the areas that we serve,” says Rucker.

The Inclusive Ownership Program offers franchise owners affiliated with the CENTURY 21 Brand business and financial incentives that support growth and productivity, exclusive education and business mentorship opportunities, market coaching and consulting, discounted brand leadership development experiences, and assistance to attain a Certification by National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC).
