RE/MAX Hires Established Broker/Owner as Next Growth Leader

RE/MAX, LLC announced the hiring of Amy Lessinger as Vice President, Business Growth, West Region.

As a founding principal and Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Realty Affiliates in Nevada, Lessinger built an elite team of 130 entrepreneurial agents in three offices over 22 years. For the last 16 years, the brokerage ranked as Northern Nevada’s highest-producing real estate office by per agent productivity.

The RE/MAX West Region comprises 13 states stretching from Washington to Montana and California to New Mexico, and includes Alaska and Hawaii. Lessinger and her husband, Brian, recently sold their interest in RE/MAX Realty Affiliates and merged with RE/MAX Gold as part of her decision to join RE/MAX, LLC.

In addition to Lessinger’s hiring, Kevin Northrup has been named as Vice President, Business Growth, Northeast Region, which encompasses New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Northrup began his RE/MAX career as a Franchise Development Consultant in the Central Atlantic states nearly 20 years ago. Prior to accepting the Northeast Region position, Northrup successfully managed the RE/MAX West Region since January 2019.

RealtyTrac Names Rick Sharga EVP of Marketing

Alliant National Announces the Hiring of Tyrone (TJ) Johnson as Assistant Vice President and State Agency Manager for Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Utah

Alliant National Title Insurance Company, a unique title insurance underwriter that partners with independent agents to improve their competitive position, announces the hiring of Tyrone (“TJ”) Johnson as Assistant Vice President & State Agency Manager for Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Utah.

Johnson brings more than 20 years of experience to Alliant National. In his past work, he was a State Agency Manager for the Southwest & Mid-West Region at Attorneys Title Guaranty Fund. Prior to that, he served as State Agency Manager for the Mountain West Region at North American Title Insurance Company. He began his career in September 1999 as a Vice President of Operations at Bell Title Company in Lansing, Mich.

His 20 plus years of experience in the title insurance industry will be very helpful in Johnson’s new responsibilities at Alliant National. Those duties include the service and management of existing agent base; growing the agency network; and consulting with agents to provide education, marketing, sales and strategic growth support. He will also represent Alliant National at industry events.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Enters The Lake of the Ozarks 

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC announced today that  The Sutherland Group of Lake of the Ozarks, Mo., has affiliated with the brand. Now known as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Lake Realty, the company is headquartered in Camdenton. The office is comprised of six agents who serve the entire lake community. 

Diana Sutherland, team leader of The Sutherland Group, is joined by Rod Barr of the Barr Group LLC, whose wife Tracy Barr is a member of The Sutherland Group. Rod will serve as the designated broker for the company. All three will have ownership in the firm.
