Lifstyl Real Estate Opens in Kentucky, Names Managing Broker

The personal growth driven cloud-based real estate brokerage brings a new option to real estate agents in Kentucky with a new leader.

Lifstyl Real Estate, a personal growth driven residential and commercial brokerage, announced it has opened to the Kentucky market. While there are many brokerages in the industry, the company is the first to focus on personal growth, and combine with a hybrid cloud-based model. The company’s efforts are focused on supporting real estate agents with the industry’s leading technologies and an in-house marketing agency, so agents can focus on increasing sales, providing better service to their clients and living the lifestyle of their dreams.

Elias “Eli” Haddad will be regional managing broker for Lifstyl’s Kentucky region.

Lifstyl Real Estate has selected Elias “Eli” Haddad as the Regional Managing Broker for the state of Kentucky. Eli brings more than a decade of experience as a Reatlor and grew his office 10 fold in just six years. Eli has always had a passion for the industry. He has called Lexington, KY home since the age of three and started flipping houses at just 18 years of age. In 2008, he became a licensed agent. In 2013, he bought a 23 person traditional office and just six years later, he has grown to 240 agents.

A physical location in Lexington will be owned and operated by Eli. The 240 associate brokerage will support the entire Lexington-Fayette surrounding counties.

“I am excited for this amazing opportunity to join Lifstyl Real Estate,” said Lexington Owner Eli Haddad. “When I started, I set out to change the real estate industry, and believe their vision will do just that.”

Lifstyl’s Hub is a custom designed platform that has integrated an agent’s website, marketing, transactions, and accounting into one streamlined system. Additionally, the company offers agents the choice of different affordable plans, with the best commission plans in the industry.

“We are excited to grow throughout the midwest including into Kentucky,” said President and CEO Joshua Lybolt. “Eli is a great representation of our brand. He brings hard work and care for his agents both personally and professionally.”

Lifstyl currently operates in seven states with plans to expand nationwide this year.
