Lifstyl Real Estate Expands to North Carolina Market and Names Regional Managing Broker

Lifstyl Real Estate, a personal growth driven residential and commercial brokerage, is proud to announce it has opened to the North Carolina market. While there are many brokerages in the industry, the company is the first to focus on personal growth, and combine with a hybrid cloud-based model. The company’s efforts are focused on supporting real estate agents with the industry’s leading technologies and an in-house marketing agency, so agents can focus on increasing sales, providing better service to their clients and living the lifestyle of their dreams.

Lifstyl Real Estate has selected Tristan Pan as the Regional Managing Broker for the state of North Carolina. Pan brings two decades of real estate industry experience, via real estate investment, education, and brokerage ownership. A physical location in Raleigh will be owned and operated by Pan. The 80 associate brokerage will support the entire Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill region, which has more than 2 million residents.

“By becoming part of Lifstyl Real Estate, our agents will have access to more tools and technology to help clients love their lifestyle, which will ultimately help our agents reach their goals as well,” said Raleigh Owner Tristan Pan. “Our mission has always been to lift our agents status to a higher magnitude and with Lifstyl’s agent-centric focus we believe this can be more readily achieved.”

Lifstyl’s Hub is a custom designed platform that has integrated an agent’s website, marketing, transactions, and accounting into one streamlined system. Additionally, the company offers agents the choice of three different affordable plans, with the best commission plans in the industry.
