Caryn Prall

Owner

KELLER WILLIAMS ILLINOIS

"My Agents are my customer, we treat them like guests in our home".

This philosophy began while working for a large national restaurant company as a leader.  Taking that experience and fostering great relationships, Caryn, a third generation Realtor, launched her real estate sales career in 2003 in Columbus, Ohio and was awarded Rookie of the Year.  In 2006 Prall relocated to Colorado where she joined a top producing team, furthering her experience.  2010 brought her to Amarillo, Texas with her husband Joel, for his career.  She decided the leadership track was essential for her to create the largest impact.

She joined the leadership team and tripled their agent count and profitability in 3 years.  Prall was quickly recognized as a regional leader which offered her to move back to Denver to lead a re launching office in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. From 2013-2015 KW Avenues became the Number 1 Market Share office in the area. Gaining top producing agents was Prall's specialty.  2015 Brought her another opportunity near her hometown, where Pete Economos had purchased the Naperville KW.  In 2015 that market center had 129 agents.  In 2019 that same office has over 500 Agents and is the Number 1 full service listing office in Illinois. Growth outside Naperville was inevitable.

Along with Pete Economs, Prall owns & operates 6 Keller Williams Locations in the western suburbs of Chicago.  WIth 2 more slated for 2020, they are the largest KW Operators in the Midwest. They jumped to the top at #2 Real Trends list of fastest growing companies in the last 5 years in both Units and Volume.  Along with Summit Title, Prall is also the founder and host of the top rated podcast, "The Messy Empire" . Prall has organically recruited over 1200 agents to KW.   Now her primary role is to create opportunity for the next generation of leaders.
