Today’s consumer wants convenience, speed and predictability. While instant offers only represented 0.2% of all home sales in 2018 \u2014 or some 12,700 homes \u2014 it is growing exponentially. In Phoenix, for example, iBuyer market share has exploded: one in every 20 homes sold is bought for cash by an iBuyer company.<\/p>\n
