Windermere president, OB Jacobi, says that the \u201cAll in, for you\u201d campaign is the next step in bringing the refreshed Windermere brand to life by amplifying the company\u2019s unique \u201cwhy.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-56479 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2021\/01\/unnamed.png\" alt=\"Windermere Real Estate\" width=\"821\" height=\"339\"><\/p>\n<p>Told, in part, through real life stories generated by Windermere agents, the \u201cAll in, for you\u201d campaign sets out to illustrate Windermere\u2019s unique culture, and what has drawn both agents and clients to it for nearly 50 years.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re lucky to have a brand with such a rich legacy, but we have to continue to innovate and press forward,\u201d said Jacobi. \u201cThe brand refresh that we did last year was part one of Windermere\u2019s brand story; part two is about bringing our stories to life and showing our clients how we\u2019re \u2018all in\u2019, for them.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Development of the \u201cAll in, for you\u201d campaign was led by Windermere Vice President of Marketing, Julie Dey, and Portland, OR-based global design firm, Ziba Design, whose clients include companies, such as FedEx, Procter &amp; Gamble, Adidas, REI, and Intel. Ziba started the year-long process by conducting interviews and holding focus groups with Windermere agents, franchise owners, and staff. They also interviewed past <a href=\"2018-consumer-study-buyers-and-sellers-still-need-real-estate-professionals\/\">buyers and sellers<\/a> to better understand the experience of working with a Windermere agent.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWe needed to speak directly with consumers to understand what people want, where real estate is headed, and the differentiated value that Windermere agents provide,\u201d said Rob Wees, Creative Director at Ziba, adding, \u201cReal estate is an infrequent, emotional, and complicated process. And every experience is so different.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn an era of technology and convenience, we wanted to show the public the real value of working with a Windermere agent\u2014one that shows how compassion, expertise, advocacy and an over-commitment to service can help people through an incredibly important moment in their lives,\u201d said Wees.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Components of the \u201cAll in, for you\u201d campaign include TV, print, digital marketing, out-of-home advertising, and partnerships with key media companies to create unique content opportunities. To kick-off the campaign, TV ads began running March 21 in the Seattle market.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWhile some real estate companies are telling what is essentially a technology story about ones and zeroes, our story is more about connecting humans with their dreams.
