The acquisition couples PlanOmatic\u2019s national presence with Walkthrough\u2019s low-effort process, which handles orders from live scheduling to media delivery, entirely online.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"responsiveNews\">PlanOmatic, which launched in 2005, provides its services in 35 states; it chose Denver for its base because of its central location, but until this acquisition, it did not service Colorado.<\/p>\n<p class=\"responsiveNews\">The combined talent-base will position PlanOmatic as a leading photography, floor plan and <a href=\"tech-roundup-nrt-rolls-out-desk-zillow-3d-home-debuts-ziplogix-kicks-off-webcast-series\/\">3D tour<\/a> provider. The transaction promotes PlanOmatic\u2019s strategy to invest in technology-driven acquisition opportunities that build on the company\u2019s high standards for both visual marketing products and their supporting tech platforms.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"responsiveNews\">\u201cThe technology Walkthrough has built, combined with PlanOmatic\u2019s amazing operations team, will provide one of the best services and experiences in the industry,\u201d said Pascal Wagner, founder and CEO of Walkthrough, \u201cnot only in Colorado but across the US. I\u2019m excited for what\u2019s to come next.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"responsiveNews\">PlanOmatic will acquire Walkthrough\u2019s operations, including its products, services and technology. The newly founded subsidiary will continue to function independently under PlanOmatic as their original brand. Walkthrough clients will still enjoy the same existing prices, services and photographers under the new ownership.
