{"id":690,"date":"2019-08-05T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-08-05T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/2019\/08\/05\/americas-best-fun-facts\/"},"modified":"2025-03-13T02:06:48","modified_gmt":"2025-03-13T02:06:48","slug":"americas-best-fun-facts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/2019\/08\/05\/americas-best-fun-facts\/","title":{"rendered":"3 Record Stats From 2019 America&#8217;s Best Ranking Report"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<h2>REAL Trends + Tom Ferry America&#8217;s Best Real Estate Professionals Rankings<\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h6><em>The results are in, and we calculated some statistics about this ranking.<\/em><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>The total number of individual agents and teams that met the qualifications in 2018 was just over 14,500 up from approximately 13,500 in 2017 or an increase of 7.4 percent.<\/li>\n<li>The total closed sides done by all 14,500 was 1,088,000, and the total closed sales volume was $420.3 billion.<\/li>\n<li>Approximately 1.5 percent of all the Realtors<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> in the country handled nearly 10 percent of all closed transactions and almost 24 percent of all the closed sales volume done in the country in 2018.
