{"id":4039,"date":"2023-02-28T00:13:08","date_gmt":"2023-02-28T00:13:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/2023\/02\/28\/rapattoni-expands-restb-ai-partnership-to-include-full-mls-product-suite\/"},"modified":"2025-03-13T02:49:33","modified_gmt":"2025-03-13T02:49:33","slug":"rapattoni-expands-restb-ai-partnership-to-include-full-mls-product-suite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/2023\/02\/28\/rapattoni-expands-restb-ai-partnership-to-include-full-mls-product-suite\/","title":{"rendered":"Rapattoni expands Restb.AI partnership to include full MLS product suite"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>California-based MLS software provider <strong>Rapattoni Corporation<\/strong>, which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wavgroup.com\/2022\/08\/03\/rapattoni-mls-software-adding-restb-ai-computer-image-technologies-to-automate-engaging-photo-descriptions-and-more\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">partnered<\/a> with <strong>Restb.AI <\/strong>last August to introduce a photo description solution for MLS users, announced on Monday that it has upgraded the terms of the agreement to include all additional solutions in Restb.AI\u2019s MLS Product Suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are excited to offer the full suite of Restb.AI\u2019s technology stack to our MLS customers, allowing brokers, agents, and other Realtors to take advantage of the industry\u2019s leading tools for automated image tagging, matching, and validation,\u201d Nicholas Hook, Rapattoni\u2019s chief architect and chief information officer, said in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Restb.AI <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/tech-roundup-cool-image-tagging-drive-by-appraisals-and-a-crm-tool\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">analyzes<\/a> property images to provide insights on real estate at the \u201cimage, listing, and market levels.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new solutions include photo tagging, Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design (ADA) compliance, auto-population of listing details, and enhanced search capabilities for agents and customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThere is nothing more rewarding than hearing back from your partner, they are happy with your technology stack and therefore want to expand upon it,\u201d Lisa Larson, Restb.AI\u2019s managing director of North America, said in the statement. \u201cIt has been rewarding to work alongside the technology and business units at Rapattoni. They are very focused on delivering the next gen MLS AI Platform to their customers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a statement from the company, Restb.AI\u2019s technology analyzes images and auto-populates listing details extracted from the images. By doing so, it modernizes and speeds up the listing entry process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When listing images are uploaded to Restb.AI, it \u201canalyzes and automatically detects each image\u2019s interior and exterior features, architecture style, and room type,\u201d the statement said.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is done through its MLS Match photo solution, which matches interior and exterior property features by \u201ccreating visual similarities searches,\u201d and allows agents to \u201csearch the MLS active listing inventory by uploading photos and finding matching photos with the same features and tags.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the photos are tagged and labeled, the property listings on MLS, broker, and agent\/Realtors websites become ADA compliant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Restb.AI Photo Compliance solution can also detect misuses of listing photos and corresponding violations as a part of its photo monitoring process.
