Pappas served as the VP for nearly two years prior to the promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In her new role, Pappas will continue to work with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.keyes.com\/south-florida-business-journal-ultimate-ceo-mike-pappas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">her father<\/a>, Mike Pappas, who is the CEO of the company, and will focus on day-to-day operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A 2022 <strong>RealTrends<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/winner-profile\/2022-emerging-leader-christina-pappas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Emerging Leader<\/a>, Pappas oversaw the firm\u2019s family of companies and liaised between government officials, Florida Realtors and Keyes to \u201cdesignate real estate as an essential business\u201d during the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She also serves as the president of <strong>Florida Realtors, <\/strong>the youngest person to hold this title in the history of the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pappas&#8217; career at Keyes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/christina-pappas-2422b610\/details\/experience\/\">began<\/a> in 2011 when she joined the company as a real estate sales associate in the Miami\/Fort Lauderdale area. She went on to become a district sales manager in Brickell, serving in the role for a little more than three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining Keyes, Pappas served as a sales manager at the <strong>Morgans Hotel Group <\/strong>in Los Angeles and as sales manager at <strong>The Kor Group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier this month, <strong>Mizner Grande Realty <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rismedia.com\/2023\/02\/06\/keyes-company-expands-boca-raton-office\/\">joined<\/a><strong> <\/strong>Keyes with more than 60 agents.
