Lorber, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/douglas-elliman-expands-into-dc-metro-market\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Douglas Elliman\u2019s<\/a> executive chairman, told Inman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hottinger told Inman the decision was prompted by the opportunities at the brokerage to \u201cwork on even more new development projects and to establish a firmer foothold in Miami.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The team was associated with Douglas Elliman for almost six years before moving to Corcoran <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/richard-hottinger-71bb5b1a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">in 2016<\/a>. Prior to forming the team, Hottinger was a solo real estate salesperson at <strong>Stribling &amp; Associates.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Norma-Jean Callahan joined Hottinger at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/tag\/corcoran-group\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Corcoran<\/a> in 2021 to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.offthemrkt.com\/blogs\/corcoran-sunshines-norma-jean-callahan-shifts-to-residential-sales\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">form<\/a> the Hottinger-Callahan Team. Callahan is a real estate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/norma-jean-callahan-0241b8164\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">broker<\/a> in New York and Florida and the sales director of The Shore Club Private Collection at Douglas Elliman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hottinger will be responsible for the sales at Florida-based <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dieselwynwood.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">condominium<\/a> Diesel Wynwood in his role at Douglas Elliman, which the website describes as a \u201cbohemian loft-style architecture is a tribute to the iconic Soho neighborhood in Manhattan.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The team&#8217;s offices will be based New York and Florida and will operate in and serve the two states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hottinger closed $250 million in transactions in the last two years. The team includes Frank Lulgjuraj, Adam Hernandez, Sari Ingerman, Gabriella Abdelnour, Melissa Au-Yueng and Sofia Rovirosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The team <a href=\"https:\/\/www1.realtrends.com\/best-real-estate-agents-new-york\/teams-medium-volume\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ranked<\/a> 48th in <strong>RealTrends\u2019 <\/strong>top
