Corcoran Icon Properties currently has offices in the Almaden and Willow Glen neighborhoods of San Jose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m very excited to welcome The Real Estate People,\u201d Susan LaRagione, partner and sales manager for Corcoran Icon Properties, said in a statement. \u201cI\u2019ve had the pleasure of working with many of the team\u2019s members in the past, and they are an excellent example of our vision to recruit and empower the brightest and best. They bring a wealth of commitment, expertise and knowledge, making them a true asset to us not only in Santa Clara County, but also throughout Northern California.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 1990, The Real Estate People closed $47 million in sales volume in 2022, according to the release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corcoran Icon Properties was launched in December 2022 after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/corcoran-group-terminates-socal-franchise-agreements\/?cx_testId=6&amp;cx_testVariant=cx_1&amp;cx_artPos=0&amp;cx_experienceId=EXSCFTQKT12O#cxrecs_s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Corcoran Group terminated all <strong>Corcoran Global Living<\/strong><\/a> franchise agreements, sending affiliated agents and teams throughout <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/corcoran-global-living-agents-make-the-jump-to-berkshire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">California<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/the-corcoran-global-living-agent-defections-continue\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nevada<\/a> and Ohio adrift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The franchise is led by CEO Randall Kostck and president Steve Balluomini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAs a great start to 2023, we are delighted to bring this team of professionals into the Corcoran Icon Properties family,\u201d Belluomini said in a statement. \u201cThis group\u2019s reputation is sold and truly representative of what we look for in our continued growth.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In November, three separate lawsuits filed by former Corcoran Global Living agents alleged fraudulent behavior and breach of contract by CEO Michael Mahon.
