What tactics and lead sources do you find the most useful?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Anthony Marguleas<\/strong>: We&#8217;ve found it&#8217;s all about accountability. They say the best CRM is the one you use. And the best coach is the one you listen to. So it&#8217;s really just taking action. We have a virtual assistant, and she follows up with each one of our agent&#8217;s leads. We have a whole tracking system through our CRM. We have a weekly call night every Wednesday night with our team for two hours. We do twice-a-week roleplays to understand objection handling, like &#8220;Why should I buy in this market? Interest rates are high.&#8221; How do you answer that properly?
