RE\/MAX Liberty will serve homebuyers and sellers from Acton to Athol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The office will include three residential real estate professionals with a combined work experience of more than four decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thompson says he wants to incorporate the learnings of the past few years in real estate into the new office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe have always been on the forefront of innovation, being the first in the area to adopt, for example, 3D tours and electronic document platforms,\u201d he added. \u201cRE\/MAX Liberty is looking forward to using our expertise and passion for real estate to help community members find their perfect place to live, and give our agent partners a great place to call home.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thompson, who initially planned on starting slow by gradually introducing agents while onboarding RE\/MAX systems, is now gearing up for immediate expansion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c&#8230;we now realize that the tech stack that we have access to through RE\/MAX is so intuitive that we are ready to bring agents onboard right now,\u201d he said in the statement. \u201cWe will also be one of the first brokerages in the country to roll out RE\/MAX\u2019s new agent-centric back-end platform MAX\/Tech powered by kvCORE.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RealTrends data suggests RE\/MAX agents have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/re-max-looks-to-its-experienced-agents-to-guide-it-through-the-market-shift\/\">outproduced<\/a> agents from large brokerages at a 2:1 ratio over the past 12 years. And while RE\/MAX agents in 2021 had a median of 15 years of experience, non-RE\/MAX agents averaged eight years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The firm, a franchisor of real estate brokerage services, generated $88.9 million in revenue in the third quarter of 2022.
