Real estate brokerage eXp Realty <\/strong>appointed Leo Pareja as its chief strategy officer on Monday. Pareja, a two-decade veteran in the industry, will develop strategies to grow eXp’s competitive edge<\/a> and its agent value proposition as a part of his new role.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pareja started at eXp as the president of its Realty Affiliated Services, supervising its products and services like mortgage, title, escrow and lead-generation. During his tenure, he and his team launched Revenos, eXp\u2019s new buyer and seller referral division. He also headed the strengthening of eXp Solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLeo is a true visionary who has already left a tangible mark on our agent community with new initiatives like Revenos, which has reimagined referrals and lead-generation for eXp Realty,\u201d said Glenn Sanford, founder, chairman and CEO of eXp World Holdings.<\/strong> \u201cI am confident that in his new role, Leo will expand eXp Realty\u2019s competitive advantage with new and groundbreaking initiatives.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to eXp, Pareja was the co-founder<\/a> and chief strategy officer at MLS technology vendor Remine,<\/strong> later acquired by MLS Technology Holdings, LLC. <\/strong>He also co-founded real estate financing company Washington Capital Partners <\/strong>in 2012. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He started his career as a real estate broker at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. <\/strong>where his team, the Leo Pareja Team, ranked as the top Keller Williams team globally in 2010. According to his LinkedIn,<\/a> his team at KW closed 4,000 transactions totaling 750 million in sales volume in Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is continuing his role as the co-founder of Pareja Family Foundation, which aims to empower women and minorities without a college degree and help them get jobs in technology and government IT sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pareja also featured in RealTrends\u2019 The Thousand report as a top real estate agent on the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals\u2019 (NAHREP) top 250 list.
