Naik was appointed as Real\u2019s COO last November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kazeniac has 15 years of experience in operations and customer service roles in companies like <strong>TripAdvisor <\/strong>and<strong> FlipKey. <\/strong>Prior to Real, he served as the vice president of customer experience and account management, as well as other leadership positions, at online liquor store <strong>Drizly.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Drizly, Kazeniac supervised retail operations in Boston that grew from a small service team to a multi-team operation, involving 6,000 retail locations across the country. The teams also worked with partners and product teams on logistics tools and partnered with national couriers to grow Drizly\u2019s revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamir Poleg, Real\u2019s chairman and CEO, said Kazeniac\u2019s operational experience and customer-focused approach are some of the reasons behind his appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur rapid agent growth and addition of mortgage and title capabilities puts Real at an important crossroad in our growth trajectory, especially as we expect to see more real estate professionals gravitate to our performance-oriented platform in the current environment,\u201d Poleg added in the release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kazeniac says the travel and food delivery industries have undergone changes in the past few years and that his work experience in \u201coperational efficiencies and customer satisfaction\u201d\u00a0will help drive Real\u2019s growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe introduction of technology to make processes more efficient and improve the experience for agents and their customers is long overdue for the industry, and 2022 is shaping up to be a pivotal year at Real,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier in November, Real <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/the-real-brokerage-acquires-redline-bc\/\">acquired<\/a> the <strong>Redline Real Estate Group <\/strong>which expands its presence into Canada\u2019s third-largest province, British Columbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In August 2022, Real added real estate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.joinreal.com\/post\/the-enclave-way-joins-the-real-brokerage\">brokerage<\/a> <strong>The Enclave Way <\/strong>with 24 agents, and real estate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.joinreal.com\/post\/a-real-look-at-five-star-real-estate-network\">team<\/a> <strong>Five Star Real Estate Network <\/strong>with<strong> <\/strong>18 agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Real, founded in 2014, operates in 44 states, D.C., and three Canadian provinces today.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Real Brokerage Inc., a cloud-based publicly traded real estate brokerage, appointed Andrew Kazeniac as its Chief Operating Officer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":39545,"featured_media":4822,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[3255],"tags":[],"coauthors":[2886],"class_list":["post-3686","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-archive"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.4 (Yoast SEO v26.8) -
