Top-producing agents John and Anthony Turco left William Raveis<\/strong> Real Estate<\/strong> and Amanda Turco left Wythe Capital Holdings<\/strong> to join for boutique real estate brokerage The Agency.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

John and Anthony Turco will operate from Naples, Florida, and Scottsdale, Arizona, while Amanda Turco will work solely from Scottsdale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anthony Turco\u2019s career as a Realtor spans 17 years and began with an apprenticeship under his father, John Turco. In his new role at The Agency, he plans to grow the Turco Group\u2019s business.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has contributed more than $500 million of The Turco Group\u2019s gross out of its total of $1.5 billion. \u201cI’m looking forward to continuing our exceptional marketing through leveraging all available technologies,\u201d he said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

John Turco,<\/a> born and raised in New Jersey, began his three-decade-long career in marketing for Saatchi & Saatchi<\/strong> on Madison Avenue, before jumping to real estate. In 1988, he joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate <\/strong>after relocating to Florida. There, he contributed to more than $15 million in sales in his first seven months and $33 million in his first business year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2014 he ranked No. 10 in the nationwide network of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices<\/strong> in 2014. In 2016, John joined Christie’s International Real Estate <\/strong>with William Raveis <\/strong>in Naples. He has sold more than $1.5 billion in real estate to date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also ranked in the top 100 sales professionals and was a top Realtor at BHHS\u2019 Chairman’s Circle Platinum Award from 2002 to 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amanda Turco\u2019s professional career spans a decade in high-end homes. Born and raised in Boca Raton, she apprenticed under her father.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other top real estate agents have also made moves this year. Recently, Greenville-based Blackstream<\/strong> under Christie\u2019s International Real Estate welcomed Nickey Maxey and The Nickey Maxey Team, to the firm. They joined from Sotheby\u2019s International Realty, <\/strong>where they are estimated to have closed more than $65 million in sales volume in 2022. The team will head a new office in Bluffton as a part of Blackstream\u2019s strategy to expand into the South Carolina coastal market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In October, top real estate agent Tracy McLaughlin left<\/a> The Agency to join rival brokerage Engel & V\u00f6lkers\u2019 <\/strong>Marin County, California, outpost. Last year, she closed more than $416 million in deals and ranked<\/a> 24 among the most productive agents nationwide.
